When your order is ready for shipment, an email will be sent from Apple with the Tracking ID.
In the meantime, you can stay up-to-date by checking the status of your order.
We do not work for Apple. We are all other users here.
You need to contact Apple and the delivery company to sort this out.
As you have been told, repeatedly, you will need to contact Apple. This is a user-to-user support community, not Apple customer service.
As I’ve mentioned, when your order is ready for shipment, Apple will send you that email.
