unplug your iphone from the computer then turn it off then back on again quickly though at the same time hold down the home button and make sure u plug in the usb part right away it should go into restore settings
The way I did it was unplug the usb part from your computer modem also make sure the cord to back of the phone is taken out and phone is shut off. What you do next is quickly press home button and hold it down while quickly plugging it back into the end of your phone quickly at the same time plug in the usb part into modem everything should pull up on your itunes account installed on the computer and it will give u detailed intructions
If so, you can try to restart your iPhone using iTunes.
Try an older Mac (macOS 10.11-10.14) instead of your PC.
Well that's probably because it's 10 years old. The last version of iOS the iPhone supported was 9.3.6. It cannot be updated further. As it is now so old, it is open to security vulnerabilities. That said, the error is a connection error (hardly surprising, given the age of the phone).
As there is virtually nothing you can do with a device of that vintage; you can't update it, you can't install recent apps on it and, as it's 3G - which is, for all intents and purposes, defunct - you can't use it for data. If it worked, it might just about function as a basic phone (not sure about texting).
It's ancient. It's dead. Time for a new phone.

Your opinion seems true, because it was working good until I tried to get it updated .
Till the time I ignored the new updates it was ok and when on a bad day I mistakenly touched the update sign it tucked and stop working and now neither it is updating nor restoring . You said correctly that it’s dead now and I must buried it now .

iTunes version of my pc is same but my phone is not starting so I cannot check it’s last version . While updating and restoring the following error comes

are u trying to restore everything using a PC
Odd. I can still restore my iPhone 5s that has a broken home button (water damaged) just fine in my MacBook running Monterey and in my PC running Windows 10.
kinda a crappy pc window but it did the trick now everything is up to me to locate the owner of my phone and get the original ID that was used to sign into icloud...ughhhhh
