Airpods pro with iPhone 12mini and Macbook Pro

I have an issue with switching new airpods pro 2021 between iphone 12mini (ios 14.8.1) and macbook pro (catalina 10.15.7). Know, it needs to un-connect on first device & then connect to second. I hoped it will be done automatically without this pesky manually action. It is even possible? Please help.

Problem with "AirPods 3" automatic connection setting Hi everyone. I wanted to set my "AirPods 3" to switch to different devices automatically, but I could. There is a problem: When I change my iPhone setting "Connect to this iPhone" to "Automatically" and I tap back, it isn't saved and it returns back to "When Last Connected to This iPhone". Why is that? On mac I did it successfully but on my iPhone this is not possible. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

airpods automatic switching doesn't work from Mac to iphone Hi, I've tried the new automatic switching feature for Airpods Pro, and it doesn't work from Mac to iPhone, even though it does work from iPhone to Mac. The iPhone simply just plays the audio through its speakers. When I start music, a video on Mac, it switched to the Mac from iPhone in an instant. iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14.0 MacBook Pro, MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 Airpods Pro, 3A283 Both Mac and iPhone is connected to the same iCloud account and have no net connection issues whatsoever. Any ideas what might be the problem? Thanks in advance.
