Hi!

can I add cellular/GPS to my Apple Watch after I have purchased it? Want to go running without my phone but still be able to use music etc

no, there are hardware differences between the gps only and gps/cellular watch

but you can buy a gps/cellular without using the cellular part

Unless your watch is the cellular version then you can't add cellular to a non cellular watch.
