I cannot use my Apple ID balance to pay in Apple Store

It depends upon your country. Also note that officially you cannot use account balance in a retail store.

I dosnt let me use my balance at all I redeemed the gift card and it says I have 20 dollars in it but it doesn’t let me use it just says add a payment method but I don’t have one I just wanna use the id balance
