I bought an iphone 11 brand new sealed pack from Dubai but when I returned to my country and after checking the warranty status on Apple website with the serial nm, the website says your Warranty has expired. Is that possible even if the phone is sealed pack. But the thing is I would not be able check the warranty status in Dubai in the first place. Thank you

It would be recommended to contact the point of sale for more information regarding the warranty status of the device. If you have additional concerns, reaching out to Apple via the Get Support website would be the right next step.

Warranty starts with original purchase, not when phone is activated.
If you bought a gray market device or from someone who is not an authorized reseller, they bought the device in another country from Apple or an authorized reseller and imported it.
We believe you. The post from Jonathan Burger explains what happened. You bought a gray market phone that was purchased by the person you bought it from over a year ago. Return it for a refund. And don’t by from unauthorized sellers.
Thank you for your reply. I have attached the screenshot taken from the apple website. I think the phone is refurbished and They re sealed the box.
