Apple Care warranty is Expired even If the Iphone is Sealed Pack

I bought an iphone 11 brand new sealed pack from Dubai but when I returned to my country and after checking the warranty status on Apple website with the serial nm, the website says your Warranty has expired. Is that possible even if the phone is sealed pack. But the thing is I would not be able check the warranty status in Dubai in the first place. Thank you

Hello Sajath7,

Apple Support Communities is a great place for help. It sounds as though you’re wanting to verify how the warranty may be expired on your newly purchased iPhone 11. We’re glad you had the opportunity to verify the warranty status via the Check Coverage website.

It would be recommended to contact the point of sale for more information regarding the warranty status of the device. If you have additional concerns, reaching out to Apple via the Get Support website would be the right next step.

Take care!
