Why have I not yet received a refund on my bank account that I already claimed and the claim status says that it has been refunded?

a refund can take up to 30 days depending on the method of payment and how long it takes your bank to process it,. Refunds are not instantaneous.
I asked for a refund on December 6th and in December 7th it said that I was refunded, but yet I haven’t received the money. May I ask how much is it supposed to take?
