The basic answer is you go to Settings/Bluetooth on your phone, then you put the device you want to connect into Pairing Mode. You will need the device manual or website to learn how to do this, because no two devices work the same way. Once the device is in Pairing mode it will appear at the bottom of the Bluetooth screen on your phone; you then tap on it there and it will be added to the phone’s device list.
