Why can’t I make/receive FaceTime calls on my iPhone 7 (IOS 15.1) to the same email addressee as I can on my iPad? Compared settings and, under Contacts, FaceTime not showing anymore on my Phone. This no doubt the reason but what is the cause and how can I restore the FaceTime option in the contact details on my phone?

I’m already set up on Facetime on my phone!
I can call other contacts fine on both my phone and iPad just not the one in question which I can only call on the iPad.
The issue is why I can’t see a Facetime option on his Contacts page on my phone. I CAN on my iPad; is it a setting on my phone? It can NOT be his end because he’s only using an iPad and, as I have said, I can make/receive calls with him from my iPad to his iPad but NOT from my phone!!
