Apple Pay Hide My Email Best Buy

I recently made a purchase thru ApplePay for BestBuy. When I made the purchase, my email settings inadvertently were set to to "Hide My Email". Because of that, I have not been able to access the order, order number or record of sale. How might I be able to access this email, so I can gather my order information?

Since I started using Apple Pay I started receiving tons of emails from everywhere to my Apple ID email address. I do not use this email address anywhere except to access Apple Services. I think it is because this email was set as a transaction details email address by default. Also there were my address and other information. So I go to Wallet and delete all those details. Changing the email that by default is associated with my Apple Pay I recently made a purchase using Apple Pay and was surprised that I got a notification that an email would be sent to a particular email address. I do not want this email associated with Apple Pay. It isn't my Apple ID - which I would be ok with having as an associated email with Apple Pay, and I can't find a way to change this. I saw a previous thread where someone said they'd solved the same issue in System Preferences -> Wallet & Apple Pay -> Details/Transactions This did not work for me. Nothing in this part of System Preferences showed any kind of default email. This is a minor issue, but I feel like I should be able to dictate what email address I'd like to have notifications of Apple Pay transactions sent to ... and I'd appreciate if someone could help me with this question. You should have still gotten an email to your regular account. Did you contact Best Buy for a copy of the receipt?
