Lost iMessage Icons
Today when I went into iMessage, the six favourite family members with whom I text most often are no longer pinned to the top of the page as icons. Where did they go?

It looks like you reached out to us from the article Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and if we understand correctly, you opened up iMessage app and the favorites are missing.
While we don’t know where they went, we can help you get them back. Did you try adding the favorites back to the top? In the link associated with your post, did you see the section the “Pin important messages” and try to add them back?
