A friend sent me money via Apple Cash which I have never used before. When clicking my friend's transaction, I get a pop-up that reads "Apple Cash in not currently enabled on this device" with a link to Open Setings. When I click Open Settings, it takes me to my Apple Wallet. The Apple Cash button "card" in not visible within my Apple Wallet. How do I access the Cash module within the Wallet app?

The language and region, strangely, wasn't set to US. Once I made that change, the Apple Cash toggle became available. Thanks, Fox!

Don't go to the Wallet app; go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. The Apple Cash on/off button is the top item on that Settings screen. Then go to the Wallet app.

If you scroll the screen down and there is nothing above the "Payment Cards" then the only other thing I can thinks of is the first 3 items in the "What you need" section of Set up Apple Cash - Apple Support as shown below:
(in the first item I would include checking Settings > General > Language & Region to insure Region is set to United States)
