Hello ronnie2017,

We understand the font is very large when printing emails from your iPhone using AirPrint. We'd like to help you get this resolved.

We recommend checking the font size on your iPhone to see if it's been increased. You can do this by going to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Larger Text. By default the slider at the bottom should be centered in the middle. If it's set to a larger size, it can cause font to be larger when you print from your device. Try reducing the font size there and then see if you experience the same thing when printing emails.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care.
