My iPhone name can't change

Hi, my problem is my iPhone name is already changed but when I put the USB cable connected with my iPhone the old name is still there. How can I change It? I already sign out and sign in back to my iCloud but it is still the same.

iPhone XR, iOS 15

I already tried that and as I said yes my phone's name did change to the new name, but when I connect my phone to the laptop using USB, the old name is still there.
