For some reason ios 15 isn’t showing up in my updates. I’ve waited ive cleared storage and made enough room for everything and it’s still not showing up. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it says my phones new enough to get it. What do I do?

What happens when you go to Settings->General->Software Update?
What iOS version is your iPhone running currently?

Check for and remove the beta profile. Restart the phone and check again for the proper update.
Settings->General->Profile and Device Management->Remove Beta profile
