can a jeweler shorten the Milanese watch band
Can the Milanese band be made shorter? To make mine tight enough it goes over the watch face. Of course, the magnet doesn’t allow that, but it is too loose at the tightest. Thanks.

You'd have to find a jeweler, show them the band and see if they can do that. The band would have to cut into and then parts soldered back on. My guess is it would be more expensive than it's worth. Perhaps look for a link stainless steel band, which has removable links.
