I cannot swipe to answer calls (bottom of screen) or swipe to turn the phone off (top of the phone). Those areas of the screen work for every other touch function, including keyboards and swiping from one Home Screen to the next, so it’s not obviously a hardware problem. I’ve reset the phone, including a factory reset, and upgraded to the latest iOS. I’ve also removed the screen protector. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Unfortunately I tried removing the screen protector and the case but neither solved the issue. I have followed the other guidance for when the screen is not working, but again, no change. The screen is completely functional except swiping those two specific controls (power off and answering calls).
