Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

While you cannot upgrade to macOS Monterey, you can upgrade to macOS Big Sur.

Get macOS Big Sur 11 here: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support.

Make sure you have a Time Machine backup before upgrading!
