Can I have a refund?

I signed up for a free trial of the app, then forgot to cancel the subscription and it auto-renewed, until today, it deducted my 3 months continuously with the amount of 509,000VND (~22.41USD). Because I'm still a student, this amount is not small, how can I get a refund? Please help me, thank you.

App subscription refund possible? I have bought a subscription to you tube premium through iTunes, and then cancelled it, because I wanted to switch to a student plan. After cancelling it and i still had it active until the end of February. After subscribing to a student plan hoping that a new subscription will continue from the end of february, but It renewed from today. You could ask, but I doubt you'd get one. Please be aware that this isn't Apple customer service, it's a peer-to-peer support community.
