Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac as per Apple instructions

How to reinstall macOS as per Apple instructions - This will require and Active and Functioning Internet Connection. Best Results via Ethernet Cable to Router.

Or - if this is not what one what's and the computer can boot into Internet Recovery Mode ( Command + Option + r ) it can install the most recent version of macOS this computer Qualifies to run. This will require and Active and Functioning Internet Connection. Best Results via Ethernet Cable to Router.
