Hello there, kirafromerie!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you need to export your Apple Card transactions. The article you came to the Communites from has the steps you'll need to take to Download or export your Apple Card statements and transactions:
"How to export your Apple Card statements
If your iPhone has iOS 13.2 or later, you can export or download transactions from a previous month as a .CSV, .OFX, .QFX, or .QBO file.*
Quicken 2019 and newer and QuickBooks 2018 and newer are supported. If you use a third-party financial app or software provider, contact them to see which versions are compatible with these file types."
As you can see from the steps, there is no longer a "Download Transactions" option, instead you'll want to export.
If the option to export is missing and you are unable to follow these steps, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.
Have a terrific day!
If you are seeing Latest Transactions, you have not tapped exactly where the original response told you. Just beneath the card, you will see a box titled Card Balance, and it will display your current balance. Tap on that and it will show the Balance Details. From that screen, scroll down and you will find a section titled Statements. Select the statement that you wish to export. That will display the page that Lawrence has displayed. From there, you should be able to export. Following the steps that I just outlined, I see the image that Lawrence shared.
It’s there on mine:
The individual transactions are visible. However, there is no Export Transactions button or option. I'm running iOS 15.1 on iPhone 11. Something's changed...it used to be there.
Thank you for showing that. The page/screen you are showing isn’t being displayed. It shows the list of transactions.
That was it. Thank you Chris.
You're welcome. Glad to help.
