why cant i use my keyboard on my apple watch 7

Check your settings;
Go to settings on your Iphone
Go to your keyboard settings
Add the English ( USA ) keyboard
Open up any app that uses a keyboard function ( on your Apple watch series 7 )
Click on make a message ( U would get the speak function first
Swipe from bottom to the top ( u will now see the English qwerty keyboard option
Click on the keyboard and start typing!
