iCloud voice memos

When viewing my iCloud account on a browser I cannot see or access my voice memos from there. Why is this? How can I see and access my voice memos on icloud? If this is currently not possible please rectify this.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch backup only include information and settings stored on your device. They do not include information already stored in iCloud such as Voice Memos.

If I follow your instruction via the link to view voice recordings on any of Mac products that are signed in to my account: example:

top left of my Mac click the Apple icon

click system preferences

click iCloud

voice memos do not appear

settings on my iPhone are correct as instructed

still there I no option to view voice memos via this route.
