If the store accepts Apple Pay..
You'd initiate a payment.. if you have a 6s, it looks like you'd rest your finger on the home button
Make purchases using Apple Pay - Apple Support
Once that comes up, you can select between all the cards you have enrolled in Apple Pay.
The Apple Cash card should be one of those options.
