System requirements to install Windows using Boot Camp
Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant

Windows will run as well and fast as it will on a similarly configured Windows PC.
I've been using Windows installed with Boot Camp for years without issue.
Can I run Windows on my Intel Mac?
