The options button is blocking the forget button, so i cannot get my controller to disconnect. It is not working pro[erly and i need to disconnect it fand re-connect it to get it to work

I'm not a gamer by any stretch, but I don't think an Apple community is the place to ask this. Maybe try the maker for specific problems with their controllers. You might eventually get a response here, but more than likely you'll be more quickly served by contacting the device maker directly.
But I'm sure somebody here use the device.
