how do i see the last location of my ipad?it was stolen.

See this support article:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support, but read also the section "Don't see your device?".

These are the only steps you can perform:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
