iPhone XS with unresponsive touch screen

My iPhone XS’s touchscreen isn’t working, it sometimes responds for a minute or two and then it stops working. Everything else works, Siri, speakers, actual screen but the touchscreen isn’t working. Also I found that it happens when I open an app (any app) and try to force touch something on it or if do a normal touch It thinks that I did a force touch and stops responding. I have tried the volume up, down and power hold technique to restart the phone but it is still blocked. I think turning it off normally might help but I can’t slide the power off slide when it appears.
