About tax invoice

Hello,

I am from Germany. I recently ordered a Macbook Pro and Airpod 3.

I already got the Airpod. But didn't get the MacBook yet

I forgot to put my tax id there when I ordered it. I need to put that now. I called the customer care but it's not working. How can I put my tax id and get the invoice?
