How do I add my new iPhone:

I removed my old iPhone and now my new iPhone is not showing as a device.

Sign into your iCloud account on it.

I removed the OLD iPhone listed in my Itunes Account info which lists all devices.

THEN I wanted my NEW iPhone that I just bought to show there...and it does not.
