Apps not connecting to internet

Hi, I hope this is helpful but my Snapchat and discord is not working. Although all my other apps are. About 5 hours ago prior to right now, I tried to send a snap and it was still “sending” as well as I couldn’t see the any of the Bitmoji in my messages. So I tried to reset all network settings, that didn’t work. Then I tried to delete the app and sign back in but that didn’t work. As of discord, I’d get notifications from servers but when I click on the app at the top it just shows the weak signal and connection failure in the red bar. I tried deleting discord but that didn’t work either. Currently I can’t show any images of that because both apps aren’t letting me pass the login screen. My phone is also showed connected to the internet but the bars aren’t popping up. I also don’t know if this is helpful but my VPN settings on my phone keeps turning off when I turn it on.
