Boost Mobile does NOT support Apple Watch, so you won't be able to buy one and use the cellular model on the Boost network. You can guy an GPS only version and it will work as long as you have a companion iPhone near it for it to work.
As to financing one, if you have an Apple Card, from Goldman Saks, you can buy the phone using your Apple Card and make interest free payments for 24 months. You would have to buy the watch using the card, directly from Apple.
