Neither the warranty, AppleCare or AppleCare+ cover lost noir stop,en watches. Sorry.

AppleCare Products - Watch - Apple

Even AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage only covers the iPhone.

File a claim if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage - Apple Support
