iPad (4th generation) - Model A1548

Hello,

I am currently using iPad (4th generation) - Model A1458 with iOS 10.3.3(Last Possible Update). The device is in good shape and condition but I want to completely reset it and start using it from the scratch.

How can I completely reset/format it? If I do it, will it have the same iOS 10.3.3 updated or it will be possible for me to update it back to iOS 10.3.3
