iTunes purchase

greetings, I’ve recently purchased a new ringtone I wish to set, but after I downloaded it, the ringtone didn’t show up in my settings. Ive tried reading articles where they tell you to download all purchases on iTunes and it should appear, I’ve tried this and a couple other stuff but the tone just doesn’t show up and I can’t set it. Hoping to get a reply soon,
