I need to track my Apple Watch order

No one here could possibly tell you anything about your order. This is a user to user only forum.

When you placed your order, you surely received a confirmation email of your order. At the top of that email is an order number (in blue). Tap the order number, sign in with your Apple ID and Password and see the status of your order. Also note that Apple will send you an email confirmation when the order ships with a link to track the delivery.

Go to the online store you ordered it from, login to see your orders, if this is the Apple Store in the USA then just click the little bag icon right at the top of this page select Orders. If it’s another Apple store in your region, go to that store to look up orders.
