How do I get the "personal hotspot" to work on an IPhone 7

One of the downsides of going with discount cellular resellers. They must enable the feature on your account before you can use it.

I don't believe that's a feature that tracfone offers. That's quite often the case with discount MVNOs.

If you need that, you're probably going to have to switch to one of the major carriers.

You need to work that out with tracfone.
