So I got a new battery put into my iPhone X and it has made it a whole lot better. I was wondering if I could charge it to 100 percent because I want to play games from 100 percent. Is this dangerous or is it fine? Also does charging to 100 percent make maximum capacity drain quicker?

I don't think charging to 100 % will have any negative effect on the battery. Check this link...
No one can predict how long a battery will last. That depends on how you use the phone. The typical user needs to replace the battery after two years of use. You can check your Battery Health, located in Settings > Battery. When the Battery Health drops to 80%, it is time to replace the battery with another Apple Battery. This feature does not work if your replacement is not an Apple Battery.
okay, and if I charge till 100 all the time till 80 maximum capacity how long will the iPhone last?
