How do I solve the problem of m iPad 8 turning on but not advancing past the Apple logo?

Hello ~ You are fine but having tried all those things try one more thing and if it doesn’t help set up that Genius Bar appointment…
Try this from prior post by * Axel Foley* one of our excellent senior posters
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

Thank you. I should have been clear that I already tried everything in the Apple support section. I was wondering if there were any other ideas before I take it to a Genius bar.
