unresponsive iphone
my phone is on, but unresponsive. no apps open. cant answer a call or see a text. i cant even switch it off

i have tried and it is still on, but unresponsive to all i am pressing and trying
Follow the instructions very carefully. If it doesn’t work your phone has a hardware problem, not that surprising for a 9 year old phone.
