That model was sold in China mainland, per searches and per the Apple specs.

All dual-slot iPhone models are from and sold only in China, Hong Kong and/or Macao.

There is no such thing as an international or global version of any iPhone.

Only iphones meant for China have the capability of using 2 physical Sim cards.
