Apps not staying in Home Screen Especially Service NSW

Upgraded to Os 15 and now Apps won’t appear on Home Screen

Have to go to the App Store , find and open to use !,

tried all usual on off ect

Have you tried going to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen)? From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
