Iphone 11 transfer failure during set up
My new iphone keeps saying transfer failed both via the iphone to iphone connection and the manual connection set up.

You mentioned that you tried transferring via the iPhone to iPhone connection. Were you following the Quick Start instructions outlined here?

If so, there are several steps during the manual setup process. Do you recall at which screen the failure occurs? (e.g. Face ID, passcode, etc.) If you made it to the Apps & Data screen, which option did you choose here?
