Hi,
If you are having issues with your Wi-Fi network maintaining a stable internet connection in order to connect to your Apple devices, I would recommend reaching out to your internet service provider for further assistance.
If you unable to connect to Wi-Fi on your Apple devices, I would recommend resetting your network settings in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
You will have to enter your Wi-Fi password again once the device restarts.
