Can I use sidecar from MacBook Pro 2020 to iPhone 12?

No, because SideCar only works between certain iPads and certain MacBooks. The iPhone is not part of the SideCar feature program. The iPhone's screen would be too small to encompass the information from a MacBook's screen.

What you can do with iOS 15 and your iPhone 12 is Screen Mirror your iPhone 12 to your 2020 MacBook Pro if it has been updated to macOS Monterey.

Thanks Axel! I'm trying to use an app called Teleprompter on my phone for a livestream event, but this software only made transparent background for Mac. However, the camera resolution is so low on the MacBook, and the livestream app only available on iPhone. I am looking for a transparent teleprompter solution so I can look at the audience/screen while I'm reading my script. Any idea how to solve my issue?
