"If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions" click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201485

If you see the message "not sufficient information" see if at this stage you can still sign up for Two Factor Authentication. Apple has been very strongly urging users to use Two Factor Authentication instead of security questions. "With two-factor authentication, you don't need to remember any security questions.

Hi,

You can attempt to submit a request on iforgot.apple.com to reset your security questions.

Once you enter your Apple ID, select that you need to reset your security questions, and it should ask you for your password to continue.

If you are unable to regain access to your account/reset your security questions online due to an error, do not contact Apple Support for assistance with regaining access to this Apple ID.

Apple cannot verify your identity and reset the security questions for you, and also does not have additional options for regaining access to this Apple ID account security type.

Your last option would be to attempt to enable two-factor authentication for the Apple ID if you are already signed into iCloud Settings. You will not have to answer your security questions, but you will need to know your Apple ID password:

Settings > Name > iCloud > Keychain. Turn Keychain on.

Keychain is a feature included with iCloud+ and requires two-factor authentication to enable.

You will be asked to enter your Apple ID password to enable keychain and your Apple ID account security type will be upgraded to two-factor.

This should resolve your issue.

Hope this helps!
