Since the latest update on my iPhone SE, the lock screen shows music constantly playing, and the icon shows when I open my phone. How an I get rid of that happening? I have screen shots of the problem. How can I upload those to you?

Forgive me for asking the obvious, but have you force closed the music app and restarted the phone?
Double tap the home button to get to the app switcher and swipe to find the music app. Swipe up on the music app preview screen to close it. Restart your phone and see if it has gone.

I turned off Notifications to see if that helped and it did. The Music app was already closed. I restarted the phone, and I think the issue is solved. Thanks for your help.
