Having SIM issues on new Iphone 11

I recently got a new Iphone 11 and have tried 3 different SIM cards on it and it connects to the network but gets no service. The last one I tried did read but it stopped receiving service after about 2 hours. I've contacted my carrier and they've done everything including resetting the tower signal or something but it still won't work. I also tried moving the same SIM over to his old Iphone and it worked on that one. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the SIM tray on the new phone?
