is it a must to create one more id and password to open IPHONE

It is not clear what you are referring to as iCloud App Password.

What exactly do you mean by "One More ID and Password to Open iPhone".

I have taken I phone from my son, he doesn't remember password..

I need to logout from his account..

In the mean time, I have created my personal Id and Password in Icloud..

Here, does it necessary for me to create one more id & password iohone?
