Apple Watch Workout Voice Feedback and Podcasts

When I am doing an outdoor walk, I set my Apple Watch workout to "outdoor walk" and I usually listen to a podcast. When the watch announces something like that I have closed my exercise ring or I have reached a mile, it will play through the watch speaker when I am listening to a podcast. If I am listening to music the announcement goes through my AirPods Pro. I would like these announcements to go through my AirPods Pro even if I am listening to a podcast. I have looked around the settings and have not found anything to let me change this. Does anyone know if there is a way to change his?

I have iOS 15.1 on my iPhone 11 Pro, WatchOS 8.1 with AirPods Pro with firmware version 4A402.
